First of all, I would like to mention that in the United States of America it is statistically proven that there are more obese adult than individuals who are overweight. According to the statistical data of 2018, September, the percentage of adult obesity has exceeded 35% in more than seven states. It is not an ignorant fact that more than 70% US citizens are either obese or they are overweight. Even it is shocking to denote that the child obesity rate for the age 6 to 12 has increased to almost 20% (Imes & Burke, 2014).
